Ayrshire Cancer Support

Ayrshire Cancer Support are a Kilmarnock based charity who provide emotional support and practical help to cancer patients and their families throughout Ayrshire.

Working closely with the charity I produced a website with 3 main aims:- To supply information about the valuable service the charity provides. To raise much-needed funds. To keep in touch with the charity's many supporters.

These aims were met through a variety of features including an online shop, donation system, e-mail newsletter, photo gallery and more.

On top of all this, a full content management system was developed from scratch to allow Ayrshire Cancer Support to update the website themselves. This keeps the site content fresh and up to date and also helps with the all-important search engine rankings.
