Sometimes a brochure website or information website isn't enough, sometimes you need a website that works a bit harder. Examples of website like this might be a recruitment website, a directory website or something that allows a user to interact a bit more.

I develop my websites in a programming language called PHP which is a powerful and adaptable web development tool. Along with MySQL, a database management system, I am able to create dynamic websites with rich functionality. Large websites like Facebook, Wikipedia and Yahoo all use this great PHP/MySQL combination. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me.

As William Morris, the famous English designer, once said, "there should be no distinction between form and function". Although he didn't have much experience in web design, largely due to the fact he died in 1896, his words remain true today. A functional website can also be a beautiful website and I use the same care and attention to detail when designing a complex website as I do designing a brochure website.
