Sometimes a website idea doesn't fall into a specific category such as a brochure website or web shop. Sometimes you need a website that works a bit harder. Examples of such websites might be recruitment websites, directories, dating websites or something that allows a user to interact a bit more.
I develop websites in a programming language called PHP which is a powerful and adaptable web development tool. Along with MySQL, a database management system, I am able to create dynamic websites with rich functionality. Large websites like Facebook, Wikipedia and Yahoo all use this great PHP/MySQL combination. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me.
A functional website can also be a beautiful website and I use the same care and attention to detail when designing a complex website as I do designing a brochure website.
